Privacy notice
How REZIT uses the details you send us through this website.
Who we are
REZIT, 141 Wrose Road, Shipley, West Yorkshire, BD18 1NJ. You can contact us about anything in this notice at info@rezit.co.uk.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the work you are interested in, anything you write in the message box and any photos you choose to attach.
The room visualiser works entirely in your web browser. Photos you load into it are not uploaded to us or stored anywhere.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit and prepare a quotation. The legal basis is that you have asked us to do this before entering into a contract with us.
We do not sell your details, pass them to marketing companies or add you to a mailing list.
Where it goes and how long we keep it
Your enquiry is sent to our business email account. If it leads to work, we keep it with the job records for as long as we need to for the job, any guarantee and our legal and tax obligations. If it does not, we delete it within 12 months.
Cookies
When you first visit, a small bar asks whether we can use Google cookies. If you press Accept, the Google tag (Google Analytics and Google Ads) records which pages you visit, whether you came from one of our Google adverts, and whether you sent an enquiry or tapped to ring us. We use this only to see which adverts bring in enquiries. Google stores this data, and you can read how they use it at policies.google.com. If you press No thanks, the Google tag is not loaded and no tracking cookies are set. Your choice is remembered in your browser so you are not asked again.
The page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers to fetch them. The customer reviews at the bottom of each page are shown by MyJobQuote, so when you scroll down your browser also connects to myjobquote.co.uk to load them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them or ask us to delete them. Email info@rezit.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
